I work with individuals to unleash their potential and get clarity on their values, passions, and life purpose. Helping them get unstuck and into a more resonant, conscious and fulfilling place.

I work with freelancers as I understand how hard it can be to hold on to your self-worth and self-belief between jobs, and how a lack of confidence can keep you playing small.

What is coaching

Coaching offers a safe, supportive and confidential space to move you towards being the fullest expression of yourself, living the life YOU want. 

When? where?

Sessions take place over the phone, or on a video platform or in person.  We will design this, along with the frequency & time-frame of our sessions, together.

This is difficult to answer because it's such a bespoke process and entirely client led.

My style is playful, fun, creative. I will be your biggest champion.
